General Embroidery Pricing
The following pricing is a general guide for a single embroidered design in one location. Each design and location requires a one time fee to convert the design into file that the machines can read for stitch placement. That process is called digitizing and typically costs $35 per design up to 10k stitches. Digitizing larger designs will be priced by total stitch count (+$3.00 per 1000k stitches over 10k).
Note: The average design on a hat or the left chest of a polo shirt is usually less than 10k stitches as a reference.

Embroidery Limitations & Best Practices
Embroidery has physical limitations that can require adjustments to your design to ensure a clean and professional result. Text must generally be at least 0.25 inches tall to remain legible, and very small lettering may need to be enlarged or simplified. Fine details, thin lines, gradients and intricate patterns do not translate well into thread, so bold well-defined elements and solid high-contrast colors produce the best outcome. Standard left chest logos are typically around 3.5 inches wide, with a maximum width or height of about 4.5 inches depending on the design’s proportions. Every logo must be digitized into a stitch file, and during that process modifications such as adjusting spacing, simplifying shapes or refining details may be necessary to maintain clarity, proper stitch placement and overall quality while preserving your brand’s integrity.
